People Media, Inc. is completely committed to the protection of your information and privacy when you use our web services or subscribe to our services from our sites. This policy statement ("Policy") demonstrates People Media's commitment to the protection of your online privacy and is hereby incorporated into and subject to the Terms and Conditions governing your use of the Services on LatinoPeopleMeet.com and through other People Media applications and widgets which may feature on our partner websites. Developing friendships or relationships with others may encourage people to disclose private information about themselves. This Policy describes how we may use the information that we collect from you as a subscriber or user of the Services or visitor to our websites. Information Collection & Use.

We collect two types of personal information from you: Personally Identifiable Information and Aggregate Information. Our primary goal in collecting this information is to provide you with more efficient and properly working Services.

Personally Identifiable Information refers to information that lets us know the specifics of who you are. The content you place in your dating site profile, including without limitation your picture (which may be a form of Personally Identifiable Information) is available to other subscribers to the Services.
• We may provide your dating site profile or other information to third parties who are not subscribers to the Service at your request.
• We may release information when we believe that such release is reasonably necessary to enforce our Terms and Conditions, to investigate illegal activities or potential fraud or to protect the rights, property and safety of us or our employees, our users, or others.
• Occasionally, we may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide Personally Identifiable Information to the appropriate governmental authorities pursuant to certain legal requirements. We will disclose Personally Identifiable Information upon receipt of a court order or subpoena, or to cooperate with law enforcement agencies in identifying those who use our services for illegal activities. We reserve the right to report to law enforcement any activities that we in good faith believe to be unlawful.
• We may provide Aggregate Information to third party advertisers or vendors. We participate in advertising campaigns which provide you with targeted advertisements about goods and services of interest to you while you are on our websites and the websites of our participating partner sites. These campaigns only utilize Aggregate Information collected about you. We do not provide Personally Identifiable Information to the advertiser or vendor when you view or click-on these targeted advertisements. Public Availability of User Profile Information.

You acknowledge and agree that the presence of your profiles in Internet search results may allow the general public to view some or all of the information that you elect to include in your profiles, including, without limitation your Personally Identifiable Information. If you do not wish for the information in your profiles to be made available to Internet search engines or presented in Internet search results, please opt out as indicated below.

Security & Links.

We use industry standard security measures, including but not limited to use of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption software, to protect your information from unauthorized access or against loss, misuse or alteration by third parties. The information in your Account Profile is also protected with certain user credentials, such as a valid User Name and User Password, which you create upon subscription to the Services.

We ask that you do your part to protect your privacy online as well. You are responsible for taking all reasonable steps to ensure that no unauthorized person shall have access to your User Name and/or User Password. Do not reveal your User Name or User Password to another person. In contacting you, our employees will never ask you for your User Password, but may ask for your User Name for identification purposes. Your Member Identification Number is the number other members will use to contact you through the Services. Always use caution in revealing your email address, telephone number, or address to others, and always arrange to meet new friends in only a public place.

Our website may contain links to other websites not owned by us or under our control ("Linked Sites"). We are not responsible for the privacy policies or practices or the content of such Linked Sites. Such Linked Sites have their own privacy policies and data collection, use and disclosure practices which you should carefully review. This Policy applies only to information collected through the Services or the website LatinoPeopleMeet.com. You further acknowledge and agree that we are not responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of, or reliance upon, any content, goods or services available on or through any such Linked Site.

Cookies may be used to manage your sessions on this website and to properly segregate your sessions and information from other users. If you disable the use of cookies on your computer you may not be able to access certain areas on this website or properly utilize the Services.

Opt-Out Ability.

We provide you the opportunity to opt out at any time of receiving marketing communications from us or our partners and affiliates or of other marketing arrangements that we may add from time to time. To the extent that you have allowed your profile to be made available to Internet search engines at any time, you acknowledge and agree that your profile information may be stored or cached on third party servers, and we have no ability to cause or require such third parties to delete such information.

Age Requirements.

The website is a general audience website and is intended to be used by adults interested in the Services. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this website and/or the Services. We do not knowingly solicit, collect or use Personally Identifiable Information or other contact information about visitors under 18 years of age.
